Cancellations for an order must be received in writing three days after placing the order. To cancel an order, please send an email to info@kicocoshop.com and include “Order Cancellation” in the subject line. Unfortunately, no refunds after delivery.
No changes to clothing (size/material/other) will be accepted 24h after placing the order. No refunds are allowed, exchanges will be dealt with per order.
Exchanges will only release if the wrong size was sent or the product is damaged, to enquire about an exchange, please send an email to info@kicocoshop.com
